Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Vizzagram service operated by vizzagram ("Vizzagram," "we," "us"). By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Vizzagram does

Vizzagram monitors the official U.S. visa scheduling system for earlier interview slots and, when a reachable earlier slot appears, rebooks it on your behalf using the same rebooking flow any applicant can use manually. We automate a permitted action; we do not hack, bypass, or exploit the portal, and we do not access anything that is not visible to a signed-in applicant.

2. Non-affiliation

Vizzagram is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of State or ais.usvisa-info.com.

3. Eligibility & your account

You must be the applicant (or authorized to act for the applicant) and old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of the login, consulates, and preferences you provide, and for keeping your Telegram or email contact reachable.

4. Your authorization to us

By providing your usvisa-info credentials and preferences, you authorize us to sign in to the scheduling system on your behalf, monitor availability, and rebook an earlier interview within the window you set. You may withdraw this authorization at any time by telling us to stop; we handle your credentials as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No guarantee of a slot

We monitor continuously and act quickly, but earlier slots are created by the government system and by other applicants' cancellations — they may be rare, may not appear within your window, and may be taken by someone else in the same instant. We do not and cannot guarantee that an earlier appointment will become available or that we will secure one. We guarantee how we behave (one booking at a time, our credential commitments), not the government's availability.

6. No double-booking

We hold exactly one appointment for you at any time. Our booking logic is designed so that we never leave you holding two appointments as a result of our actions.

7. Fees & payment

Pricing is described on our site and confirmed with you before you are charged (see the pricing section and our Refund & Guarantee policy). Where a pay-on-success model applies, you are charged only if we successfully move your interview earlier. Any specific amounts shown as placeholders are not final until confirmed with you.

8. Acceptable use

• Provide only your own information, or information you are authorized to provide.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to misrepresent your identity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not responsible for the availability, decisions, policies, or outcomes of the U.S. Department of State or ais.usvisa-info.com, including any consular decision on your visa.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vizzagram will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost travel, missed deadlines, or consular outcomes. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end the service for anyone who violates these Terms or where required for security, legal, or operational reasons. On termination, we delete credentials as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
